Definitely you will have to face a lose in your weight and a decrease in your waist size with having no food for a week. Starving is also dangerous for health so it is not recommended to extent you`re starving for a week. You have to eat more calories to gain the weight and if you want to reduce the weight on per week basis you need to eat less and reduce the consumption of 500 calories for day.

how much weight will you lose per week going to gym 5 days a week? go to this site it`ll tell you how many calories you need and how many you burn. and if the amount you burn is higher than how many you eat each day, you will lose the difference. cheers

If this is all you wanna ask How much weight could i lose in 1 week then let me tell ya that it depends upon your enthusiasm and your will power to do so like how much can you control over your self so in my opinion you can lose about 5 to 15 pounds depending on how much u want to lose so....its difficult but not impossible...... work hard and you will find me true. and pay in mind that do not do dieting or over eating but have a balanced diet with that.

Well, it depends on your body structure, If your weight is too much then u loss more , if your body weight is less then you will loss less.secondly motivation is the important factor in reducing weight.if you are highly motivated, you can reduce more.the best way to reduce weight is walk and exercise. you can reduce 84 calories in 15 minutes by walking.

The first 5 days of absolutelty nothing.. but liquids you lose 20 pounds then after that in a span of two weeks (15 days atmost) = 28 pounds so for 10 days after the 5 you`ll only lose 8 pounds at average 1/2 a pound a day then after that probably 5 for the week.. I did a liquid fast for 3 weeks and I observed this. In 21 days I had lost like 36 pounds..
