Then I lined up my diet and I dropped to 9% in about three months. Here`s the basic rule for a good diet: Eat like a king at breakfast, a prince at lunch, and a peasant at dinner. In other words, your morning meal should be large, your lunch medium, and your dinner small. I adhered to this and it`s got me down to the percentage I`m at now, 9%. I`m still losing fat, but this type of diet works wonderfully(as long as you`re not intaking a crapload of junk food). If you do all that, then you could easily drop to your desired body fat percentage in two-four weeks, and even lower by Christmas.

All depends on your current metabolism, usual diet, size, activity level, etc. People have done it and lost as much as 5 lbs a day, only to discover it was all water weight/ just a temporary decrease on the scale.
