There is nothing that you can eat that would make you start your period. If your are that late there is a chance that you are pregnant. If there is no possible way of being pregnant (abstinence) then it is possible that stress is causing your body to delay your period. There is also a chance that if you have a UTI then your period may be halted due to stress on the body. You may also not have enough body fat to have a period, so anything high in healthy fats (Monounsaturated fats and Polyunsaturated fats) I would highly recommend seeing a health -care professional to determine the cause of you missing your period.

Mine always does for a while, depending on how heavy the flow is equals how long it stays away for :) I had a bath yesterday at about 4 and then didnt get my period till this morning :) at about 9
